REHOBOTH BEACH — The ninth annual Southern Delaware Wine, Food and Music Festival, scheduled for Oct. 5 at Schellville, 36470 Seaside Outlet Dr., has been delayed until May 5, 2025, citing health issues of the founder, Stacy LaMotta.
Since 2015, the festival has raised over $250,000 to support area non-profits, according to a release.
According to organizers, plans for the festival have already started, and details about the 2025 festival, participating vendors, and special features will be released in the coming months via the festival’s website, www.sodelfest.com and social media channels.
All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date and current ticket holders will receive more information via email as it becomes available, organizers said in a release.
