Appoquinimink Foundation's annual golf outing fundraiser set for Oct. 25
By TOWNSEND — The Appoquinimink Foundation’s annual golf outing fundraiser is set for Oct. 25.
The event will be held at Odessa National Golf Club, beginning with check-in and breakfast at 9 a.m. A shotgun start is set for 10 a.m, and a long putt contest is at 11 a.m. Lunch and awards are scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
The cost is $200 for a single golfer, $500 for a foursome and a foursome plus hole sponsorship is $650.
All proceeds go to supporting the students, educators and community of the Appoquinimink School District, according to a foundation announcement.
Odessa National GOlf Club is located at 1131 Fieldsboro Road.
