Suspect sought in Millsboro shooting

MILLSBORO — An unknown suspect was being sought after a residence was struck by gunfire Wednesday, Delaware State Police spokeswoman Master Cpl. Heather Pepper said.

Police said a 30-year-old male and a 29-year-old female were inside their residence on Circle Drive when it was struck by multiple rounds. Troopers were called to the scene at approximately 12:27 a.m.

Multiple shell casings were found on the roadway in the area, as well as two fragments on the porch, police said. No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect’s vehicle was described as a red sedan.
