Georgetown — The Parker Group announces the expansion of its team with the addition of six new members.

Sara (Pletcher) Bluhm joins the rentals and property management division, Neon Lease, as the Senior Property Manager. In her role, Ms. Bluhm oversees property management and spearheads the strategic direction of Neon Lease.

As a seasoned real estate professional and Delaware native, Avonda Cannon brings a blend of expertise and personal insight. With a background in new home construction sales and extensive experience in the Kent County area, she offers knowledge of the local market.

Richard Kable comes to The Parker Group after being in real estate for over two years. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore, Mr. Kable brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local community to his role as a real estate agent.

Karen and Richard Migala, with over six years of experience, bring knowledge and expertise specializing in relocation assistance and serving home buyers in the areas of Kent and Sussex.

Jill Watson is a distinguished real estate professional in Delaware, celebrated for guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling homes simultaneously, assisting first-time buyers, and supporting those relocating to the area. Recognized as one of the Top 100 agents in the U.S. by Forbes Magazine's 40 Under 40 in August/September 2021, Ms. Watson’s approach is tailored and strategic, acknowledging that each client's needs are unique.
