SEAFORD — TidalHealth Nanticoke has announced the Team Members of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Albert Anderson of Environmental Services is the hospital’s Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

According to his nominator, Mr. Anderson is known for going above and beyond. His dedication to detail and doing his part to present a well-kept facility is evident on multiple campuses. On several occasions, he has gone the extra mile to “spruce up” an area, saying, “It’s how I’d want it done if it were mine.”

Robert “Bob” Seeley of Radiology is the Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services. He joined TidalHealth Nanticoke in July 1996.

Over the years, he has held many different positions, including bedside nursing on the floors and in the intensive care unit. In his current role, Mr. Seeley is the linchpin that makes interventional radiology work, and his nominator said his bedside manner shines through and that he epitomizes the definition of true community spirit.

Kathy Byrd of the emergency department is a Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Ms. Byrd has consistently displayed exceptional dedication to the trauma program, completing tasks and exhibiting unparalleled attention to detail since taking over the trauma registrar position, her nominator said. Her background as a critical care paramedic brings the pre-hospital piece to the trauma program.

Mary Holston of the Progressive Care Unit is a Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Ms. Holston has worked as the unit’s secretary since beginning her TidalHealth career in October 2001. According to her nominator, she goes above and beyond daily for the team and helps other units as needed. She truly cares about all of PCU’s patients and visitors, and is the first face they see when they enter the unit, welcoming all with a warm smile.
