REHOBOTH BEACH — Earlier this week the Drug Enforcement Agency announced it would reschedule cannabis, differentiating it from substances like heroin and grouping it with drugs that have medical value, like ketamine.
The Delaware Cannabis Advocacy Network is promoting the 11th global cannabis march, scheduled for Saturday, May 4 and beginning at 1 p.m., will begin at the intersection of Surfside place and the north Boardwalk.
Participants will then march south to the bandstand for a rally.
