CAMDEN — Caesar Rodney High closed the regular season with a 3-0 victory over Dover in boys’ volleyball on Wednesday afternoon.
The Riders won the match by scores of 25-13, 25-19, 25-16 in stretching their winning streak to six matches in a row.
At 13-2, CR has won seven more matches than it did last spring in its first season.
Leading the Riders on Thursday were Matthew Ascetta (10 kills, 1 ace, 7 digs), Andrew Victory (5 kills), Xylord Martin (4 kills, 4 aces, 5 digs) and Aiden Webb (4 aces, 1 kill, 24 assists).
The Senators finish their first season with a record of 4-11.
