Rosters named for Blue-Gold all-star football game

NEWARK — A total of 29 Downstate players have been named to the Gold roster for the 68th annual Blue-Gold All-Star Football Game, it was announced today.

The game will be played on June 21 at Delaware Stadium.

Woodbridge has four players while Dover, Laurel, Smyrna and Sussex Central all had three players named to the Gold squad, which includes players as far north as St. Georges:

Woodbridge’s Marvin Dooley is the Gold head coach while Caravel’s John Reed is head coach of the Blue.
