SALISBURY — “Echoes & Visions,” the creative arts journal of Wor-Wic Community College, was established in 1989 to spotlight students’ literary and artistic talents. A reading and reception will be held to celebrate the publication’s 35 years on Friday, April 5, at 7 p.m., in Room 302 of the Hazel Center at the college, located at the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

This literary celebration will feature refreshments and readings by journal contributors. It is free and open to the public. “Echoes and Visions” has won national honors throughout its tenure, including a recent first-place award for the Eastern region in the Community College Humanities Association’s 2023 literary magazine competition and a designation of “excellent” by the National Council of Teachers of English.
